Trolli - El gato

Commissioned by Digitas, I was invited to create this social spot for the beloved global brand Trolli. Drawing inspiration from a mix of ’90s pop culture and modern video games, the project set out to evoke a sense of nostalgia and playful energy, making it feel as if viewers were watching a real game unfold in front of them.

The goal was to capture the look and energy of a classic battle royale game, filled with vibrant colors and dynamic visual effects. The main challenge was to create a world that felt authentic and tactile, without crossing into hyper-realism. It needed to strike the perfect balance—fun and playful, yet never childish.

The gaming world offers limitless creative possibilities, yet it also demands smart choices to ensure the project is delivered on time and with exceptional craftsmanship.

The creative vision was to blend a stylized, cartoon-inspired aesthetic with a recognizable 3D look, elevated by cinematic techniques using real camera lenses and shallow depth of field to bring a sense of film-like immersion to the piece.

-    AI   -

We used AI technology to generate realistic avatars of the gaming characters, as if they were real people. The avatars were created using the 3D models as input, and then paired with voice recordings to enable AI-driven lip-syncing that matched the dialogue perfectly.
